HOW IT WORKS
Hi, I'm Patty. I started ThatFitMom (TFM) anchored on a welcoming approach to fitness and wellness.
Located in the Manor district of Pacifica CA, ThatFitMom strives to make fitness accessible to everybody. I offer mobile in person training where I bring the equipment to you or you may come to my home gym. I also offer small group training of up to 5 people, outdoor group classes, and silver sneakers classic classes geared towards older adults but open to anybody whether you are recovering from illness, injury, trauma, or just beginning and unsure about where to start.
ABOUT ME
I am a certified personal trainer, with experience working at big name gyms. I understand how the fitness industry may feel expensive and intimidating —particularly for women and seniors.
Many people are unsure of where to begin their fitness journey. I want to help by creating a space that is welcoming and encouraging for everyone, regardless of age, body type, gender expression or economic status.
I am also a mom. Becoming a parent has changed my life. I understand the physical, emotional, and psychological strain everyday life can put on us.
The fitness world can feel exclusive, but my goal is to make *That Fit Mom* the go-to place for anyone who wants to move towards a healthier lifestyle but doesn’t know where to start.
Through accessible pricing, community-building activities, and a focus on inclusivity, I want to offer an alternative to the traditional fitness experience—one that feels approachable, supportive, and genuinely helpful for people at any stage of their journey.
I became "That Fit Mom" and believe I can help you become "That Fit You".
